BABATUNDE DARAMOLA (FCA, FIIN, AMNIM)

Mr. Babatunde Daramola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He is currently the Executive Director Finance, Systems and Investment of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. Mr. Daramola’s work experience spans Insurance Broking, Banking and Finance. He worked with Glanvill Enthoven and Co. Nigeria Limited, one of the leading insurance broking firms in Nigeria, for over six years. He was the account manager for their ExxonMobil client as a resident broker. He also worked with Continental Trust Bank (now part of UBA Plc) where he was part of the Financial Control and Strategy team and was directly responsible for tax, insurance and external audit and regulatory examination liaison. Mr. Daramola has delivered on Acquisition, Business Combination and Corporate Restructure projects. He has also led a number of technology transformation projects. Mr. Daramola is currently a Non-Executive Director of Grand Treasurers Limited, a CBN licensed Finance Company, where he chairs the Board’s Credit and Risk Management Committee. He also sits on the Board of Hallmark Health Services Limited, an HMO. Mr. Daramola, is an Alumnus of the Lagos State Polytechnic, University of Liverpool and the Lagos Business School. He is currently a member of the Executive Council of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSAA) and a member of its Governing Council. He is also a member of the Finance and Genera Purpose Committee of the CIIN. Mr, Daramola is happily married and blessed with four children
